Find listings by API or MCP
You can pull listings into your own application or connect an AI assistant directly to Business Listing Finder. Use the REST API at /api/v1, or plug an MCP server at /mcp into Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP client.
How to get started
For the REST API, read the full documentation at /developers. You'll find the OpenAPI 3.1 description at /api/v1/openapi.json.
If you're using an AI assistant, ask it to connect to our MCP server. Your assistant will open a sign-in page on this site, or you can provide a personal API key from /account/developers instead.

Note: you cannot vote through the API. Payments always happen on this site—the API will return a checkout link when needed.
Know the limits
Rate limits and daily quotas apply to all API use. Check /developers for the current thresholds. API keys are shown only once when you create them; after that, only a hash is stored on this site.

- How do I give my AI assistant access?
- Your assistant will open a sign-in page on this site when you ask it to connect to our MCP server. Or generate a personal API key at /account/developers and give that to your assistant instead.
- Can I vote on listings through the API?
- No. The API lets you search, read and manage listings, but not vote. Voting happens on this site only.
- Where are the API docs?
