How do badges and links work on your listing?
The badge links to your listing, helps publish it free, and may become a followed link based on your site's rating.

Get your badge and display it
Every listing can show our badge on your website. Open your listing's badge page, choose a design you like (pick the shape, colour and size that suits you), then copy the HTML snippet and paste it where you want it on your site. The badge links back to your listing here.
Free listings need the badge to publish Your founder profile must be complete as well before a free listing goes live.
If your listing is free, we only publish it once our crawler spots the badge link on your website. We check this automatically every 7 days. If the badge goes missing, we email you and your listing goes back to "waiting for badge" status. Put the badge back and it will re-publish on its own. Your founder profile must be complete as well before a free listing goes live.
Your link may become followed
The badge starts as a nofollow link. Our system checks your site's Domain Rating (via Ahrefs) and runs spam checks in real time. If your Domain Rating reaches 20 or higher and you pass our checks, the link becomes dofollow. If not, it stays nofollow.
Paid launches get a dofollow link to your website on the listing page itself. Free listings get a nofollow link.
Award badges appear automatically
When you earn Launch of the Week, Launched or Verified status, those badges appear on your listing with no action needed from you. (Featured is a paid placement with its own badge, not an award you win.)
