How it started
Zinn Digital® is Neil Lock's company. The platform he is building for it lives at zinndigital.com. Neil was a child when he started on the family farm's computer systems, the Commodore 64 and the ZX Spectrum, and he was about twenty when technology became his profession. More than 25 years of building software, search and hosting led here: Zinn Digital® is the single product where his hosting, search and AI work come together.
The idea
Zinn Digital® brings hosting and SEO into one AI-first platform. Everything is managed from a single dashboard in the customer's own language and currency; the platform itself is published in 58 languages.
What he is building
Footprint-Free Hosting serves SEOs, and Mainstream Hosting covers managed WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, static and Node sites. Every site runs on infrastructure that Zinn Digital® builds, tunes and owns end to end: it is the operator, not a reseller. Each site is kept in a kernel-level cage of its own and watched by a proactive firewall and malware scanning, while smart auto-purge keeps its LiteSpeed full-page cache, its Redis object cache and the CDN edge in step. The 24/7 AI support agent is Neil's own work and has real functions; a spec-first API, generated SDKs, a CLI, a Terraform provider, signed webhooks and an MCP server serve developers. Resellers and agencies get hosting that carries their own brand.
What's next
The design goal, from the first line, is a platform that scales beyond a million sites.
