Refunds on Business Listing Finder
When money comes back and when it does not: our decision or mistake means a full refund, breaking the rules means none.

What the terms say
Once you have paid, the sale is final. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Taken down by us
Every take-down of a paid listing has a reason chosen by our staff, and that reason decides the refund. For a take-down that was our decision or our error, the refund is full and automatic, to the original payment method, with a credit note. A listing taken down for breaking the terms or the acceptable use policy is not refunded, in full or in part; that covers a single listing, a listing from a multi-site purchase and its add-ons. In that case everything paid for the listing comes off the site and you are told.
Bundles, crypto
If only one listing from a multi-site purchase is taken down by our decision, you get that site's share back, and the others stay live. Crypto payments are refunded by hand once you have given us a wallet address.
Chargebacks
A disputed or reversed payment takes down everything bought with that order until the dispute is settled; if it goes our way, it can be restored.
Small print
An order refunded in full no longer counts against a 'first order only' code. A refunded Featured order loses only its own days - a second Featured order on the listing keeps all of its days. Sponsorship dates that were refunded can be booked again.
