About MinutesKept

MinutesKept: the homepage

MinutesKept helps parents of children with an IEP track whether promised therapy services are actually delivered. Each week, parents answer one simple question per service (about 10 seconds total) to record if sessions happened. The tool automatically calculates missing minutes and generates a one-page summary to bring to IEP meetings.

The product stores data only on the user's phone, never asking for the child's name or IEP document. It works in English and Spanish, on any phone or computer without installation. Parents can print summaries, share them with family, and send a ready-made email to the school requesting its service log for comparison.

MinutesKept is designed for US families with an IEP, but also works for 504 plans, early intervention (IFSP), or private services with weekly or monthly sessions.

Common questions

What are IEP service minutes?
IEP service minutes are the time an IEP says a child will receive each special education or related service, such as 30 minutes of speech therapy twice a week. MinutesKept helps parents log the minutes actually delivered and compare them with the minutes promised.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored only on the user's phone in the browser. MinutesKept cannot see it and never needs the child's name. Data is deleted if the browser is cleared or the phone is changed, unless a backup file is saved, which takes about 10 seconds. Email addresses from sign-ups are stored in Cloudflare and never sold.
Does MinutesKept work in Spanish?
Yes. MinutesKept works in English and Spanish, and users can switch the language with one tap.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MinutesKept opens from a link on any phone or computer like a website. Users can add it to their home screen for one-tap access.
When can I buy it and what does it cost?
Founding families pay $19 one-time for the first 100 families or until December 31, 2026, whichever comes first. After the founding period, the price will be $29, later $59.99. A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase (one refund per customer).
