A trip planner that turns travel links and ideas into day-by-day itineraries with packing lists and booking reminders.
About TripDeputy

TripDeputy is a free trip planner that helps you organize travel for big trips, day trips, or days close to home. You save links, booking emails, and ideas as you discover them, and TripDeputy turns them into a structured day-by-day plan with a packing list and booking reminders. The app keeps everything on your device with no account required, and offers paid plans—Plus at $5 a month or $39 a year, and Pro at $19 a month—that add AI-powered planning, real-time opening hours from Google Maps, on-the-road re-planning, and trip syncing across devices. It also generates packing lists tailored to trip type and manages booking deadlines to ensure you never miss important dates.

Common questions
- What do I get with the free planner?
- The day-by-day plan, packing list, and booking deadlines are free and require no card. You can plan with any AI assistant or sign in with your email to have the first trip filled in for free. Snapshots are provided as calendar files, share links, and exports to Notion, Sheets, and Trello. Your trips stay on your device.
- Can I switch between Plus and Pro plans?
- Yes, from your account page at any time. Moving up to Pro bills the difference for the rest of your current period right away. Moving down to Plus leaves a credit toward your next bill.
- What happens to my trips if I cancel?
- Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that, trips on your devices stay where they are and the free planner keeps working. Synced copies stay in your account until you delete them or the account; live links and calendar links pause.
- Does TripDeputy track my location?
- No. Location is only used when you ask for a re-plan and you type where you are. The location is used for that one request and never stored. Nothing runs in the background.
- Will TripDeputy book for me?
- No. TripDeputy tells you when to be ready and links you to the real booking page, but it does not book for you. It also does not check ticket or reservation sites for you or watch for open tables.
