How are businesses ranked on the leaderboards?
Three ways to find top-ranked businesses: by community votes, paid billboard placement, or domain authority.
Updated
We show you three leaderboards to help you find and follow the businesses that matter.
Community rankings
The Community board ranks every listing by votes alone. The more votes a business gets from visitors like you, the higher it climbs. This ranking updates in real time as votes come in.
Paid billboard placement
The Billboard board shows businesses ranked by money contributed. Listings here are clearly marked as paid. A business must contribute at least $5 to appear on this board.
Domain authority rankings
The Domain Rating board ranks listings by their Ahrefs Domain Rating score. You can see the trend for each business—whether its rating went up, down or stayed the same—plus the dates we checked and last updated it.
Launch of the Week
Each week (Monday to Sunday, UTC) the top 3 launches by votes automatically win a Launch of the Week badge. The winners are chosen when the week closes, and each business is emailed to let them know. You can spot these winners by their badge on any listing.
