How to vote for a business listing

Sign in to vote once per listing. Votes stay genuine—payments never affect them, and we flag suspicious activity.

Sign in and cast your vote

To vote for a listing, sign in to Business Listing Finder and confirm your email address. You can then vote once per listing. You can only vote on live launches.

One vote per person, per listing

Each person gets one vote for each listing. You can vote for your own launch, but only after you have voted for someone else's first.

We run quick human checks now and then to make sure voting stays fair. We also set limits on how many votes come in per hour and per day. If a burst of votes looks suspicious, we hold them for review and don't count them until we've checked.

Votes are never for sale

Votes come from the community and stay separate from other systems on the site. Paid ranking (the billboard), verification badges and factual data like Domain Rating are labelled clearly and work independently. No payment will ever change a vote count.

Active community members build influence over time, which can give their vote more weight. But votes themselves cannot be bought.

Questions people ask

Can I vote more than once for the same listing?
No. You get one vote per listing, per person. If you have voted for a listing, you cannot vote for it again.
What happens if lots of votes arrive at once?
We flag sudden bursts of votes as suspicious. They are held for review and not counted until we've checked them. Limits per hour and per day help us spot and stop abuse.
Can a business pay to boost its vote count?
No. Votes cannot be bought in any way. Paid ranking, verification and other site features are separate. Payment does not touch vote counts.
