How do I get my listing on the billboard?
Join the paid rankings board by contributing money. The billboard is separate from community votes and other rankings.

The billboard is a leaderboard at /leaderboards/billboard where listings rank by money contributed. It's labelled as a paid ranking, so visitors know what they're seeing.
Add a contribution
You choose how much to put in, in US dollars. The minimum is $5. Each time you contribute, it adds to your total. The board orders listings by their total so far. Anyone who has ever contributed stays listed there.
Where to do it
Adding it from your account needs a live listing. Then sign in and go to /account/listings. Find the listing and select "Upgrades and extras". Enter your amount under Billboard. You can also add a contribution when you submit your listing.
How it differs from votes
The billboard is its own thing. It does not buy votes, does not change the community leaderboard, does not affect Launch of the Week, and does not change Domain Rating or verification status. Community votes, the billboard, verification and Domain Rating are separate systems—each is clearly labelled. Promo codes cannot reduce what you contribute to the billboard.
The backlink
Each contributor's name on /leaderboards/billboard links to its website. These links are followed: they carry no nofollow. Yours stays for life, even as other companies contribute more. A take-down for breaking the rules, or a refunded contribution, is the only reason it would be removed.
