Find your listing to edit
Sign in and head to /account/listings. Find the listing you want to change and press "Edit" next to it. You can also use the "Edit your listing" link from any email we send you about it.
What you can change
The editor lets you alter:
- Description and tagline
- FAQs
- Company social links, milestones, competitors and alternatives
- Your story
Make your changes in any field and press Save. Your update goes live straight away. There is no approval step.
How the AI works with your edits
Once you save a field, it stays as you wrote it. Our AI will not alter it. If you want the AI to write a version for you, press "Redraft with AI" next to that field. To bring back an earlier AI draft, press "Restore AI draft".
You never write search engine titles or descriptions yourself—we create and refresh these from your listing whenever you make a change.
Tracking your edits
We email you when something changes. If someone else edited your listing and you did not make that change, reply to the email and we restore the previous version. Every version is kept.
If you run more than one listing with us, press "Publish changes" to send a new tagline or short description across all of them at once.
What lives elsewhere
Your founder photo, bio and personal links are on your founder profile at /account/founder. Your founder story is written at /account/founder/story. To list elsewhere or add categories, go to /account/listings. To change your website address, send a request from /help and we check the new domain first.
Questions people ask
- When does my edit appear on the listing?
- As soon as you press Save. There is no waiting or review queue—your change goes live straight away.
- Can I get the AI to rewrite something for me?
- Yes. Press "Redraft with AI" next to the field you want rewritten. To restore an earlier AI version, press "Restore AI draft".
- What if someone else changed my listing?
- We email you when any change is made. Reply to that email and we put the previous version back. All versions are kept.
