Aptite: the homepage

Aptite is a behavioral eating coach that tells you what to order at restaurants near you to hit your nutrition goal, whether you're eating out at chains or independent spots or eating at home. It ranks dishes to your target and scales macros to your actual plate. The app personalizes your daily targets based on your recovery data from WHOOP or Apple Health, and shows calorie and macro estimates as honest ranges graded A, B or C by confidence level rather than false precision. Coverage currently includes Boston and Miami, with users able to add restaurants in their own cities to expand the map.

Common questions

How do I get started with Aptite?
Download Aptite from the App Store, sign in with Apple or email and password, and set your goal (cut, maintain, or gain). Aptite then ranks restaurant dishes near you to your target so you know what to order. You can also snap a photo of your home-cooked plate and Aptite estimates its calories and macros.
How can I cancel my Aptite Pro subscription?
You can cancel or change your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How does Aptite use my health data from Apple Health or WHOOP?
Aptite uses data from Apple Health or WHOOP only to personalize your daily targets. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared. You can disconnect a source at any time from your Profile, and Aptite never writes data back to Apple Health.
What do the A, B, and C grades mean for nutrition estimates?
A means the estimate is official and weighed data (ground truth). B means it's a high-confidence AI estimate well-supported by data. C means it's a directional AI estimate where the app is less sure. Any place can climb to A by weighing a dish once, which sharpens the estimate for everyone after.
How can I request a restaurant or city that isn't on Aptite yet?
Aptite currently covers Boston and Miami. You can request a restaurant or new city from inside the app or by emailing hello@aptite.ai. The more requests a place gets, the sooner it goes live.
