Yes. You can add custom fields (text, number, select, checkbox, etc.) to each booking page to collect additional information from requesters.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in the EU and is GDPR-compliant. Sign-in, email and push delivery run through providers covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework, connections are encrypted, and you can request export or deletion of your data at any time.

Can I import my existing inventory?

Yes. You can bulk-import resources and existing bookings from a CSV or Excel file. A downloadable template and column mapping make the switch quick, and categories and locations are created automatically.
