What happens if my eBay account gets suspended?

EcomVengers' eBay Account Suspension Removal service kicks in immediately. Whether you face an MC011 abnormal activity notice, MC999 restriction, or spiked Transaction Defect Rate, the team drafts bulletproof appeals submitted within 24 hours. Published reinstatements include an MC011 payout hold cleared in 18 days on eBay UK and a new seller restriction closed in 48 hours on eBay AU.

Do you only work with eBay sellers?

eBay is EcomVengers' core specialty where the team spends most of its time. However, the agency also offers expansion services to Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and TikTok Shop once the eBay account is stable.

What types of eBay restrictions can you help with?

EcomVengers handles MC011 abnormal activity notices, MC999 indefinite suspensions, payout holds, verification reviews, Transaction Defect Rate spikes, linked account restrictions, and VeRO takedowns. The team works to diagnose which specific restriction has been triggered and builds evidence-backed appeals accordingly.

How long does the onboarding process take?

EcomVengers operates a four-phase protocol with onboarding taking two weeks until operations go live. Days 1-3 involve full account audit, days 4-10 focus on rapid stabilization of critical issues, days 11-30 launch the offensive playbook, and from day 31 onwards the team enters the compound and scale phase.

Are reinstatements guaranteed?

EcomVengers does not make guaranteed-reinstatement promises. The team diagnoses the restriction, documents evidence, and tracks the case until eBay closes it. What they control is the quality of the appeal; eBay decides the outcome.

EcomVengers specializes in eBay account recovery, restoring suspended accounts hit with MC011 abnormal activity notices, MC999 restrictions, or Transaction Defect Rate spikes. The team drafts evidence-backed appeals targeting eBay Trust & Safety with a 72-hour reinstatement target.

Once accounts are restored, EcomVengers provides ongoing eBay store management including listing SEO, Promoted Listings PPC management, inventory coordination, feedback repair, and brand protection through VeRO enforcement. Services target eBay's Cassini ranking algorithm specifically rather than generic marketplace strategies.

The agency operates on month-to-month terms with optional performance-based pricing.
