Harp

Harp helps you maintain curated personal health records stored as cross-platform plain text files, fully under your control. The app enables intentional health journaling where you can record health events, observations, measurements and reports that remain meaningful over time, with the ability to select and share only what's needed. All Harp data lives in normal folders as Org Mode files with attachments that you can inspect, back up or migrate anytime. The app operates on-device by default with no accounts, no servers and no analytics, ensuring no profiteering from your health data.
