Whose account do deposits go to?

Deposits go directly to your own Stripe account. You connect it once and every deposit goes through Stripe straight to you. OpenInk never holds the money.

What if a client needs to reschedule or cancel?

You set the refund and rescheduling rules before sending the link, and the client sees them before paying. After that, the client messages you from their request page and you move or cancel the booking. The refund follows your rules and they get an email.

Can a whole studio use it?

Yes. The owner invites artists with a link and assigns each person a role: owner, manager or artist. Owners and managers see the studio's inquiries and schedule; artists get confirmation and reminder emails for their own bookings.

Do I have to publish my whole schedule?

No. You offer a few specific times with each booking link and clients choose from those. If you don't offer any times, they see the weekly hours you've saved.

Clients fill in a form with details about their desired tattoo, and the artist can respond with available times. When the client selects a time and pays the deposit directly into the artist's Stripe account, the session automatically appears on the calendar with reminders sent the day before the appointment.
