Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings or the billing portal. Your plan reverts to Free at the end of the billing period and your data stays intact.

What are portfolio insights, and which plans include them?

Portfolio insights highlight what's working, what's at risk, and where to focus, such as rent below market, cash flow drag, or refinance opportunities. Investor and Pro plans include them. During the 14-day trial you get Investor-level access including insights. If you stay on Free after the trial, portfolio insights are not included.

What happens when I reach my property limit?

You can't add new properties until you upgrade or remove one. If you already have more properties on file than your current plan allows, the Properties list shows up to your plan cap and the rest stay locked until you upgrade.

Veld Portfolio is portfolio analytics software for landlords with 1–10 rental properties. It consolidates property data into a single dashboard showing equity, cash flow, cap rate, and loan-to-value across all properties. The platform provides live rent and value estimates from real market data to benchmark rental income against market rates.

The tool includes deal underwriting capabilities to analyze potential acquisitions, calculating cash flow, cap rate, debt service coverage ratio (DSCR), and cash-on-cash return. Users can model scenarios over 5, 10, or 20 years by adjusting rent, property values, and mortgage assumptions with interactive sliders.

Veld is built specifically for portfolio analysis and deal math, not as a full property management platform. It does not include rent collection, bank synchronization, tenant screening, or general ledger accounting. All user data is entered once and kept current automatically.
