Does it work with no signal?

Yes. Core jobs, quotes, invoices, customers and photos are available on your device when there's no signal. Features that need internet like texting, card payments, cloud sync and AI will wait until you're connected, but the work is still saved and syncs when you reconnect.

Is my data safe, and do I own it?

By default your books stay on your own device. You can opt-in for cloud backup and data syncs to their secure database only when you share a quote link, take a customer request, or enable account backup. You can export your data any time and your data is always yours.

Can the price change on me?

Your price doesn't move once you sign up. If you join before 30 November 2026 on the Founder plan, you pay $19/month while you stay subscribed. If the company ever raises prices, they email you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the change applies.

Does it work with my accountant's software?

Xero push is live and you can connect Xero to push your invoices, payments and customers across. MYOB integration is not available. CSV export is available for your GST and end-of-year records, which is what most accountants ask for.
