How updates work across your listings
When your company is listed on multiple discovery sites, one update syncs everywhere—shared details change on all sites, while descriptions adapt to each site's voice.
Updated
What syncs to all your listings
If your company appears on other launch and discovery sites, changes you make here propagate there too. Shared across every listing: company name, website, logo, homepage screenshot, links, milestones, screenshots, demo video, founders, founder profiles, team access, notification choices, billing details, VAT number and sign-in security.
Save once and all listings reflect the change immediately.
What each site words its own way
Tagline, short description, long description, feature list and FAQs are rewritten for you on each site. You draft them here; the other sites receive the same information in their own wording, automatically. When you revise yours, theirs update to match.
Search engine titles and descriptions are generated per site from each listing, so there is nothing to edit by hand.
Choose where tagline or short description changes go
In the listing editor, next to "Publish changes", select:
- All my listings of the company (set by default): every site gets your wording adapted into its own voice.
- Only this site: your wording stays exactly as you wrote it on this site only, never rewritten.
- Choose sites: tick the sites where you want this change to apply.
Only edited fields are pushed out. Each site keeps its own history.
Sync extra categories
On the More categories page, the same choice applies. Categories this site does not offer, or anything over its limit, are skipped. Listings without the add-on ($5) are left alone; syncing never unlocks paid features.
What never syncs
Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured and sponsored placements (each is site-specific), and badges or verification (checked per site) remain separate.
Questions people ask
- Will my edits show up on the other sites straight away?
- Changes go live here at once. Other sites follow as soon as their wording is rewritten. You'll get one email with a summary of each site updated.
- Can I keep a different tagline or short description on just one site?
- Yes. Choose "Only this site" when you publish, and that wording stays exactly as you wrote it—it will never be rewritten.
- What if an update fails on another site?
- We retry automatically and email you if it still does not go through.
