About CoachTide
CoachTide is a practice management platform built by a working coach to eliminate the administrative burden of running a coaching practice. The software consolidates booking, invoicing, intake forms, client portals, session prep, ICF hours tracking, and outreach into a single integrated system, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.
Privacy and security are built into the core architecture rather than added as features. Client data is stored at rest in Canada with the database itself keeping each practice walled off. CoachTide staff have no tool to access coach accounts, and card payments are processed directly through Stripe or PayPal without touching CoachTide's servers.
The pricing model is simple: free while coaching up to three paying clients, then a flat monthly subscription with no transaction fees on client payments and no feature tiers. Beta users receive a 40% lifetime discount after the beta period ends.

Free during private beta and free while coaching up to 3 paying clients. After that: $49 USD/month standard; $39 USD/month for founding coaches (first 100 practices, for life); $29.40 USD/month for beta coaches (for life). Billed monthly in the currency of your practice's country. No transaction fee
Common questions
- Where is my clients' information kept?
- Client data is stored in Canada and CoachTide's application servers run in Canada. Specialist services like email delivery, card payments and AI help process information in the United States but are listed on the Sub-processors page.
- Can anyone at CoachTide read my notes?
- No. CoachTide staff have no tool to sign into your account or view your notes. Support works from shared screens, screenshots, or Guide conversations you choose to send.
- Does the AI read my clients' records?
- No. The in-app Guide answers how-to questions from help articles and the importer only reads the file structure. Nothing is kept or used for training.
- What if CoachTide is not right for me?
- You can export your data and leave at any time. Your files stay yours to take with you.
