Lapline: the homepage

Lapline is a training analysis app for runners and cyclists. It displays training load, fitness trends, personal records and detailed lap-by-lap data from every workout. The app works with workouts from Garmin, COROS, Wahoo, Suunto, Polar and Apple Watch.

The free tier includes core analysis: every session in detail, training load, calendar and trends. Signed-in users can sync their last 12 months across devices and automatically receive workouts from Polar or Wahoo accounts. Pro (currently in beta) adds Cuca, an AI training partner that answers questions about your training, training plans with pace targets, advanced charts and access to your whole history on every device.

Key features include load and recovery analysis with acute:chronic ratio, heart rate zone analysis, route matching and ranking, aerobic efficiency tracking, body composition integration from smart scales, and training plan building.

Common questions

Is Lapline free?
Training load, trends, records, the calendar and every session in detail are free. Lapline Pro is in beta and adds Cuca, your training partner, your whole history on every device and extra charts. During the beta, everyone with a place gets Pro for free.
Which devices does Lapline work with?
Lapline works with anything that records .fit, .gpx or .tcx files: Garmin, COROS, Wahoo, Suunto, Polar, Zwift, bike computers, and Apple Watch through export apps such as HealthFit.
What happens to my data in Lapline?
Your workouts stay on your device unless you turn on syncing across devices or ask Cuca a question. Each upload has a clear switch, and you can delete everything at any time in Settings. Anonymous usage counts are on by default and you can turn them off.
How is Lapline different from Strava?
Lapline is analysis-focused, not a social network. It has no segments, no kudos to chase and no feed noise. The core analysis is free.
